2012 National Medjugorje Conference
IMPORTANT
REGISTRATION INFORMATION!
SPACE IS LIMITED! Send in this Registration Form in order to be assured a seat! The Conference will begin at 7:00 pm on Friday evening, May 11, in the main arena of the Joyce Center on the campus of Notre Dame (across from the football stadium) and end at 2:30 pm on Sunday, May 13. Parking is FREE. On-site registrations begin at 5:00 pm on Friday evening at Gate 8 of the Joyce Center, and on Saturday and Sunday at 7:15 am. (The Conference Bookstore, located in the concourse area of the Joyce Center, will open each day at these times.) We are not able to reduce the registration fees for those unable to attend all conference days or sessions. All registration refund requests must be postmarked by April 27. Go to Registration Form.
PRIESTS:Priests, please bring your own alb and stole. All priests will have lunches brought to them while they hear confessions during the lunch hours on both Saturday and Sunday.
Notre Dame students will still be on campus the weekend of the conference. Therefore, dorm rooms will not be available and the special meal package will not be offered. The South Dining Hall will be open, as well as other food service places where individual meals may be purchased.
BOX LUNCHES: Box lunches on Saturday and Sunday will be available at the Joyce Center. Box lunches must be reserved on the registration form, and must be ordered by Wednesday, May 2. Please do not lose your box lunch tickets. There are a number of sites on campus and near campus for the purchase of individual meals.
SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING: The floor of the arena is reserved for those with special needs and one escort. Special tickets will be required for this area. If you have a special need (i.e., attending in your own wheelchair, etc.), please indicate this on the registration form below. Two wheelchairs are available at Gate 10 for short-term use only.
BOOKSTORE VENDORS: The bookstore is operated by Queen of Peace Ministries as a service to those attending the conference, and sale by individual vendors on site is not permitted. All material offered in our bookstore must be pre-approved; requests must be in writing and received by March 30. (Queen of Peace Ministries, PO Box 761, Notre Dame, IN 46556 Attention: Bookstore)
FREE TABLE: A "Free Table" will be provided for distribution of pre-approved Medjugorje information & newsletters. (Travel, tour, and other literature is generally not accepted.) Prior, written approval is necessary and can be obtained by sending a sample with a written request to the address in the preceding paragraph (Attention: Free Table) Requests must be received by April 27.

at Notre Dame each year, and throughout the year spreads Our Lady's message
via television and print publications. In the South Bend area, visitors
are welcome to attend monthly Mass and other events.
