Notre Dame Housing and Meals for the
2013 National Medjugorje Conference
ON-CAMPUS HOUSING AT NOTRE DAME
The University of Notre Dame is offering housing in the university dormitories during the Medjugorje Conference. Dorms will be available starting at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 24, with checkout at noon on Sunday, May 26. There is no provision for rooms after noon on Sunday, May 26. Blankets, sheets, and towels are provided during your stay. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men's and women's facilities on each floor. There is no provision for more than two persons per room. Requests for adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed, but will be honored if possible. Every effort will be made to provide clean and comfortable rooms. On-campus room reservations must be made by Friday, May 10, using the Notre Dame housing registration form.
Limited shuttle service will be available to and from the dorms at the start and end of the day.
PROCEDURE FOR RESERVING ON-CAMPUS HOUSING
University policy requires that housing be paid for in advance using U.S. funds only. Cancellation will be accepted if requested in writing prior to Friday, May 10. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged.
Confirmation will be sent to you along with your room assignment and further information regarding your stay on campus. Confirmations will not be sent out before April 1. Conference registration and registration for Notre Dame housing require separate checks mailed to separate addresses.
BOX LUNCHES
Box lunches will be available at the Joyce Center on Saturday and Sunday. Box lunches must be reserved on the conference registration form, and must be ordered by Wednesday, May 15. Please do not lose your box lunch tickets.
OTHER MEAL OPTIONS
There are a number of sites on campus and near campus for the purchase of individual meals.

Queen of Peace Ministries sponsors the National Medjugorje Conference at Notre Dame each year, and throughout the year spreads Our Lady's message via television and print publications. In the South Bend area, visitors are welcome to attend monthly Mass and other events.
