Notre Dame Housing & Meal Plans for
2008 National Medjugorje Conference
ON-CAMPUS HOUSING AT NOTRE DAME
The University of Notre Dame is offering dormitory housing and a special food package during the Medjugorje Conference. Housing will be in the University's dormitories. Dorms will be available starting at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 23 with checkout at noon on Sunday, May 25. There is no provision for rooms on Sunday, May 25. Blankets, sheets, and towels are provided during your stay. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men's and women's facilities on each floor. There is no provision for more than two persons per room. Requests for adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed, but will be honored if possible. Every effort will be made to provide clean and comfortable rooms. On-campus room reservations must be made by Friday, May 9 using this MAIL-IN FORM. or ONLINE.

ON-CAMPUS FOOD SERVICE PLAN
Food service will be provided starting with dinner on Friday, May 23 and concluding with lunch on Sunday, May 25. This service can be purchased as a complete package. It must be purchased by Friday May 9 using this MAIL-IN FORM or ONLINE. No arrangements are necessary for the purchase of individual meals. The food service option will be served in a dining hall on campus near the dorms, about a 10 -15 minute walk from the Joyce Center. (There are a number of sites on campus and near campus for the purchase of individual meals.)
Procedure for Reserving On-Campus Housing and/or Meal Plan
University policy requires that both food and housing be paid for in advance using US funds only. Cancellation will be accepted if requested in writing prior to Tuesday, May 20. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged. NOTE: Meal plan and housing may be treated as separate items. Registering for one does not require registering for the other.
Confirmation will be sent to you along with your room assignment and further information regarding your stay on campus. Confirmations will not be sent out before April 4. Queen of Peace Ministries sponsors the National Medjugorje Conference at Notre Dame each year, and throughout the year spreads Our Lady's message via television and print publications. In the South Bend area, visitors are welcome to attend monthly Mass and other events.
